Sign-in and Access

  • Confirm that you are signed in with the same email you used for access or subscription.
  • If access looks wrong, sign out and sign back in.
  • If the issue persists, contact support and include the email tied to your account.

Playground Issues

  • Reopen the playground page after switching account state.
  • Check that your local environment matches the playground requirements.
  • If a specific step or asset fails to load, note the playground name and what you were doing when it happened.
