Troubleshooting
If something is not working as expected, start with these checks:
General
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Disable aggressive ad blockers or privacy extensions for
knowledge.devif they interfere with scripts or login flow.
Sign-in and Access
- Confirm that you are signed in with the same email you used for access or subscription.
- If access looks wrong, sign out and sign back in.
- If the issue persists, contact support and include the email tied to your account.
Playground Issues
- Reopen the playground page after switching account state.
- Check that your local environment matches the playground requirements.
- If a specific step or asset fails to load, note the playground name and what you were doing when it happened.
