Quick Start

Quick Start gives you the shortest path to a full Knowledge.Dev playground session with your AI coding agent.

Step 1. Install the Launcher

Start with the Knowledge.Dev launcher. It prepares the local tools used by the platform and gives you the base setup needed for the rest of the workflow.

Step 2. Connect the MCP Server

Connect the local Knowledge.Dev MCP server to your AI coding agent. This is what gives the agent access to playground state, steps, and progress.

Step 3. Start a Playground

Open a playground from chat using the prompt shown on the playground page. That prompt is the handoff from the docs flow into the learning session.
